Are you a teacher holding a classroom, live or online? Maybe both? Are you a parent helping your kids learn from home?

Would you like to practise mindfulness with us, after lunch?

Join us on Facebook Live every week from 2 to 2:30pm AEST, where we can practise together to help us settle, cultivate calm and presence and refresh ourselves, ready to learn.

This is also a nice opportunity to connect with nature!

Weather-permitting, Lyndi will guide the practice from outdoors. Just join us on Mind With Heart’s Facebook page.

We will go for 30 mins, with 5 min of introduction, a 10-15 min practice and then time for your questions.

Can’t make it at that time? No worries! We’ll record leave the practice on our Facebook page for you to join at your leisure.
