A 6 Week Course for parents and carers.
Parenting is one of the most meaningful things we do, and one of the most demanding. If you’ve ever felt exhausted and stressed, snapped at your children and then been consumed by guilt, you are not alone. This course is for you, whether your children are babies, toddlers, teenagers, or adults – wherever you are at in your parenting.

With Fiona Clarke, Senior Trainer at Mind With Heart, you will explore how to bring more calm, connection and joy into family life, so you can meet the daily challenges of parenting with more ease.
This course will help you:
reduce stress, anxiety, reactivity and self-criticism
reconnect with inner confidence, and the heart of parenting
discover fun, simple tools to share well-being with your children
Each session blends mindfulness and emotional health practices with the latest well-being research — and plenty of space for real conversation and connection. No previous mindfulness experience needed, just an open heart.
The setting
This will be a small, supported and safe group, in a tranquil, natural sanctuary – a real retreat from the home environment.
What we will explore together
Understanding causes of stress and well-being, and what helps us thrive
Building a simple daily mindfulness practice, and an “on-the-spot” practice
Feeling well in ourselves so we can care well for others
Finding calm and presence
Changing our relationship with challenging thoughts and emotions
Making space for self-care and emotional health
Empathy, boundaries and healthy relationships
Communicating with more emotional intelligence
Emotional regulation for children and adults
The latest research on well-being
The course includes:
6 weekly sessions x 1.5 hours
a course booklet with session highlights and practices
weekly follow-up emails with session summaries, guided audio exercises,
short videos and other helpful resources
